What we collect

When you visit Krappee™, we collect standard technical information your browser sends — such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view. If you add products to your cart, that activity (product viewed, added to cart) may also be recorded for the purposes below.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., to measure how our advertising performs and to understand how visitors use the site. The pixel records actions such as pages viewed and products added to cart, along with technical identifiers like your IP address and browser information. This data is shared with Meta Platforms for measurement and ad optimisation.

In regions where the law requires it (including the EU, UK and Switzerland), the Meta Pixel only loads after you accept via our cookie banner. Elsewhere it runs by default. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer — withdrawal takes effect immediately and no further data is sent from that point.

Purchases

Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify. Information you provide at checkout (such as your name, address and payment details) is processed by Shopify under its own privacy policy to fulfil your order.
